National Renal Care situated in Auckland Park seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal drive and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of Confirmations Clerk.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Client service with all stakeholders
  • Confirmations and updates with medical aids
  • Obtaining authorisations and letters of guarantee
  • Queries
  • Liaising with all stakeholders (doctors, units etc)
  • Maintaining of patient records and filing

  • Grade 12
  • Two or more years’ experience in a similar position
  • Medical Aid experience in the authorisation process and ICD-10 coding knowledge
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Excel and Pastel)
